Wedding at St Mary of Perpetual Help Parish and Victor Hall – Kyle + Melissa

My first impression of this fantastic couple on their wedding day was how absolutely, positively radiant they both were! Melissa and Kyle were simply glowing with smiles. The two met through dancing. Melissa and most of the bridal party are all very talented artists and Melissa, in particular, is a fashion designer specializing in dance wear. Before the ceremony, we photographed Kyle and Melissa’s first look in the South Garden of the Art Institute, then walked over to Lurie’s Garden for more pictures with the bridal party. On our way to the church, the trolley broke down. The solution? SIX Ubers!

The wedding ceremony, a beautiful Catholic Mass with Filipino tradition, took place at St. Mary of Perpetual Help Parish, with a reception following at Victor Hall.  Kyle and Melissa worked together to choreograph the parents’ dance, which resulted in a snazzy, hip hop number – very different from your traditional parents’ dance! The guests loved it! Kyle also surprised Melissa by choreographing a dance with his groomsmen and performing it for her at the end of the reception. All in all, it was a beautiful day filled with an incredibly amount of joy and happiness.
