Winnemac Park Family Portraits

You know you’re going to have a memorable family portrait session when you’ve got a delightfully charming family, lots of golden sunshine, and the prettiest park full of greenery and late summer flowers. This September session took place at Winnemac Park, a tiny but beautiful spot of greenery in the northern part of the city of Chicago. The daughter, Penny, was adorable as could be and attached herself to me instantly – which always makes photographing a small child easier and more fun! By the end of the portrait session we were holding hands and walking around the park like we’d been best friends for years!
