Gout de France Fundraising Dinner Event

“Goût de France” is the annual dinner celebration of French gastronomy, which started in 2015, and organized by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Every year on March 21st, chefs all over the world prepare special French-style dinners, and the French Consulate of the Midwest chose Pacific Standard Time restaurant to host the event, and had us there to document! The meals showcase local farmers and produce, while focusing on environmentally sustainable cuisine. This year’s event was held at Pacific Standard Time restaurant, on West Erie Street in Chicago. This fundraising event was partnered with Experimental Station, a non-for-profit organization helping to increase affordability and accessibility of nutritious foods for low-income Illinois families. The smiles and the smells at this event were scrumptious! Here are some highlights of the evening:
