Engagement Session at Lincoln Park and North Avenue Beach – Joe + Melissa

We started out Melissa and Joe’s engagement session on the front steps of their beautiful Chicago home. While these two are getting married in Sacramento, California, where Joe grew up, they wanted their engagement photos to be taken at home in Chicago. Their Miniature Schnauzer, Sadie, happily joined in on the photo taking! Joe practices medicine, while Melissa works for a non-profit organization. They’re planning a wedding for the spring of 2017. It was incredibly windy that day, but especially once we left Lincoln Park and headed over to the lighthouse at North Avenue Beach. The last few photos came out so dramatically beautiful, with clouds rolling in, birds screeching above us, and then a final, spectacular sunset!
