Wedding at St. Matthews Catholic Church and The Onion Pub & Brewery – John + Kim

Kim and John got married in July at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in Glendale Heights. Kim’s family is Vietnamese and John’s is Filipino, so it was really fun seeing the two cultures come together – especially during the beautiful wedding mass! Kim’s wedding gown was absolutely perfect for her: simple and elegant, with the most beautiful flower petal bodice and illusion neckline. I also really enjoyed how she included so many of their younger family members into the bridal party as little flower girls! Seeing the entire bridal party gathered around Kim and John while they exchanged their vows felt so intimate and loving. After the ceremony, we headed over to The Onion Pub & Brewery for the reception, where the entire bridal party entertained the guests with a lively, choreographed group dance! Games, toasts, and a slideshow followed, capped off with a heartfelt first dance by Kim and John.
