These high school sweethearts from Michigan have been together for more than 8 years. During their first trip together to Chicago, they spent hours in the lawn in front of the Adler Planetarium talking about school, life, and future. Fast forward to 2017, Pratik has graduated from law school and has a stable job in Chicago. Gayatri is finishing her degree in medicine. Just a day before their overseas trip to Belgium, Pratik took Gayatri back to this location to pop the question - Will you marry me?
